Information we handle

We process workspace account identifiers, membership and access records, site addresses, public webpage content and crawl results, configured GitHub repository information, proposed changes, review decisions, and service activity logs.

If you connect Google Search Console, AISTool requests read-only Search Console access. We receive the properties your Google account can access and performance data such as dates, queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and average positions. We also store OAuth access and refresh credentials so the connection can continue. AISTool does not use this Google permission to change Search Console settings or website content.

How we use it

We use the information to authenticate and operate workspaces, crawl sites you configure, show search performance, identify possible SEO work, generate draft recommendations, run checks, and, when enabled by an authorized user, prepare repository changes for review. We use service logs to investigate failures and protect the service. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Processing and sharing

AISTool runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, including Workers, D1, R2, queues, and AI services. For AI-assisted evaluations, selected search metrics, queries, and page summaries may be sent through Cloudflare AI Gateway to TypeSafe Jev or to Cloudflare Workers AI. Google OAuth credentials are not included in those model requests. GitHub receives repository and pull request requests when that integration is enabled. We share data with these providers only to deliver the configured features, or when legally required.

Storage and security

Workspace records are separated by tenant in the application. Google OAuth credentials are encrypted before storage. The control panel requires Cloudflare Access. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, and we continue to review access and operational controls as the service develops.

Retention and your choices

AISTool does not currently apply an automatic expiry period to stored crawl, analytics, and review records. We retain them while needed to operate the workspace and handle deletion requests manually. You can revoke AISTool’s Google access in your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future authorized requests but does not by itself remove previously stored records. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of workspace data; we will assess and carry out the request subject to applicable obligations and technical limits.
